SPACE TO UNDERSTAND. SUPPORT TO GROW.
Collaborative, integrative and grounded in curiosity.
I take time to understand what has brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you would like to be different.
How I Work
Our conversations are collaborative, and I value creating space to think things through honestly and openly.
I work integratively, drawing on different psychological approaches. The way we work depends on what brings you to therapy, your circumstances and what we discover together.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and attachment-informed perspectives, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also draw on IFS-informed and schema-informed approaches, and use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) where appropriate.

A space to pause,
reflect and understand
Therapy can involve making sense of experiences that have been difficult or confusing, developing greater awareness of thoughts and emotions, exploring relationships and patterns, or working with experiences that continue to affect you in the present.
Sometimes we need practical ways of dealing with what is happening right now. At other times, it helps to slow down and understand where things come from. Often, we do both.
It can also be about developing new ways of responding, recognising the strengths and resilience we already have, and becoming clearer about what matters to us. Over time, this can help us find ways of living that feel more meaningful and aligned with our values.
Moving forward doesn't always mean having a clear destination. Sometimes it means trusting yourself a little more and feeling better equipped to navigate life's uncertainties.
My role is to help you gain insight and perspective as we work together to understand what is happening and what you want to work towards.
